Bad service because of the people who serve and the bad smell
there are hornet in the store, poor servise and attitute, and there are hiden charge for combo pizza...
** 1/10 — In My Opinion...** Honestly, super disappointed with Pizza Pizza. I tried giving it a chance (more than once), but every time I order, something goes wrong. The pizza is either cold, overcooked, or somehow both soggy *and* dry at the same time. The crust tastes bland, like cardboard, and the toppings? Barely there. I’ve had more cheese on a slice of toast. 🧀 The garlic dipping sauce is probably the only decent thing, and even that can’t save the rest of the meal. I had one of the worst experiences with Pizza Pizza at 579 Markham Road, Scarborough; not only did I receive the completely wrong pizza compared to what was printed on my order slip, but when I called customer service to report the issue, the representative was rude, dismissive, and actually hung up on me—this shows a complete lack of professionalism, care, and basic respect for customers, and it turned what should have been a simple meal into an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.
