I am highlighting customer service by Binar ( sorry if I got the name wrong) at Bayfield store. He was super helpful to me. Monday 9th at opening. Nice store!
The pizza was really good and it was cheesy overall I liked it
Ordered 2 small pizzas through Uber Eats and they took over an hour to finish the order and give it to my delivery driver. Just wanted some food before my night shift
Tonight, the order that should have taken 10-15 minutes to make took 45. When we called customer service, a very nice supervisor understood and gave us compensation. When my husband went to pick up the order, a guy named Vith gave my husband a hard time by complaining about the fact that we reported the very late order to customer service. This behaviour is not professional nor is it courteous. This person needs to be retrained on his customer service skills.
