As a regular customer, I was extremely disappointed to find that my order had been changed without my knowledge. Specifically, the pepperoni was replaced with a plant-based version without any prior warning or option to decline. I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and cannot tolerate the spices used in plant-based alternatives. Unfortunately, this substitution led to four days of pain and a necessary doctor’s visit.
