Morons write reviews for resturants on the internet. – Ever notice how most reviews on the internet are negative? I love how the service was JUST SOOO BAD that you were ignored during the entire visitation, yet you still ordered, received food, and payed for it, all while pooping yourselves in a passive aggressive immature fit, thinking in the back of your mind, how the internet will be your warm nipple to suck on later in the privacy of your sheltered and shameful lives. WORST PIZZA & SERVICE, EVER!!!! DON'T GO!!! – We will NEVER go back again! We were in with some friends the other night & of course it was recommended by the hotel (later to find out that the owner of the hotel also owns the pizza place!). We seated ourselves & watched the "manager-older fake tanned lady" & the pregnant girl walk past us more than 7x's without even acknowledging us. Service??? What Service ?? – I was in Portland on Business, I wanted to get a good drink and some good food. I entered this place that was recommended by the hotel. I sat and was totally ignored by the wait staff. They walked by me at least 6 times and never even acknowledged me. After 20 min on ignore I left and took my business with me. WORST PIZZA EVER!!! Run far, far away........... – We were disappointed with our first time visit to say the least. The pizza crust tastes like a soggy cracker. The sauce tastes like cheap spaghetti sauce from a can. The ham was unpleasant and the pepperoni was too mild and tasteless compared to that on pizzas elsewhere. Yummy!!!! =) – The waitor (with the accent) was super friendly and polite. The wings were great and the BBQ pizza was the best we've had. We would deffinatley go back!!
Terrible Experience – Took my wife out for dinner. Sounded good to us. We both tried thier veal dinners, both being perpared different. Both dinners were tougher then leather. Meat was not hot. Hot gravy sauce to make up for cold meat. Very cool, very dry mashed potato's. The veggies were good. Waitress asked how our meal was. A bad experience – Went with my wife, had trouble finding it, but that was our fault. Ordered a bottle of wine, which turned out to be corked. That happens sometimes, no big deal, except that the manager (or owner) interrogated us about it, and all but called us liars for suggesting it. Not sure she understood the concept of a wine being corked. The whole episode really spoiled the visit for us, and the acceptable but lackluster food wasn't enough to compensate. Nice atmosphere, average cuisine – I was dissappointed with some of the food at Pizza Mia. My crab pasta dish was delicious. However, after a few bites of shell, I couldn't finish it. The pizza was ok, I would have liked the option of a thinner crust. It's a good location, plenty of parking. However, I hope they should rethink the menu and offer more specialities, utilizing the creativity of the chefs. I miss Aldens' Ribs. They were so good!!
