Called to order for the big game and I knew it would be busy, but whoever answered the phone had horrible customer service, it's a hello and wait times an hour and half out. Then I say that's okay I get a what do you want followed by yup, yup, yup and i just disapprove of rudeness, I've worked lots of years as a bartender and waitress and if you want return customers busy or not you keep it polite and definitely not yups. So cancelled that order.
We just ordered a pizza for pick up. My kids started eating it and said it tasted bad. We found the whole center of the pizza is burned..like black. Unfortunately FB will not let me post a picture otherwise I would. We called and talked to one of the employees who wanted us to bring it back..which is just an inconvenience to us. So we asked if they could just give us credit for next time and they refused. Poor customer service! We buy a pizza Every week and have never been disappointed!!!!!!! Our favorite pizza place!!!!!! Salads are awesome as well���
Usually one of my favorite places to go, have you changed the pizza dough recipe? It was crunchy, not chewy and garlicky like usual. Will try again, everyone can have an off day, they apologized for the long wait before we even ordered but we told our out of town guests it would be worth the wait. Unfortunately, it left so much to be desired.
(Newport location) I ordered pizza an hour and a half ago and have yet to get it. it was supposed to be here 45 minutes ago.
