Terrible service tonight!! Lost/misplaced our 1st order.. no apology. Then we placed an order to go... after waiting 30 minutes found out they forgot about it too! We were the ONLY ones in the dining room!! I asked for my money back for the second one and she basically handled it to me and walked away again no apology!! Seriously! The food is good but it will be a while before I go back. I hate rude customer service!
Can’t say enough about Cobble Stone. They support or local schools, and the community. Have amazing pizza. The garlic knots make you lick your fingers. My favorite is, the SALADS! Always fresh, and they are big! I get at least 2-3 a week. The girls in the office and I share one, and always have plenty. One last thing......for those of you who love salad dressings like Ranch, they have the best! Oh and the Cesar is really good too!! Ok, I’ll stop!
I’ve always loved this pizza, for at least 5 years we’ve eaten at the toledo location. Today, I put a search into google to call cobblestone, and I placed my pick up order over the phone. Went to pick it up in Toledo and apperantly I called the Newport location. No one answered the phone as “newport cobblestone” so i didn’t know. Well now I’m being charged a 10$ “re-make” for an accident. � also....be sure your phone shows what # your calling� No, I’m NOT happy. And yes, I’m still paying the $10, because I have a hungry fami... read more
