Although I waited an extra 45 minutes for my pizza, it was worth the wait. Definitely a busy night for Pizza Man. The staff were very friendly and apologetic for the wait times to me as well as all the other customers waiting; despite having to deal with quite a few pissed off people. Never had any issues with the food. The pizza is awesome!
Called in my pick up and took me almost an hour to get there and my pizza STILL wasn't ready. Ended up waiting another hour for my pizza. Sad that as I sit in the parking lot I've seen people go in and eat and leave before I get my pizza that I CALLED IN! It's not like I ordered anything anything special! It was a Pepperoni Pizza and a Pizza Man Pizza! If you can't fill your orders, you should of said so on the phone!
Very unimpressed with our take out pizza tonight . Bland, not done and if I had been at home and not on the go in the car it would have come right back . Very inconsistent food lately . Ordered the something, the same way last week for pick up and it was great and tonight it was terrible .
we had the best service the other night... went in to order antipastos to take home and at the same time ordered two extra large pizzas to be delivered at a certain time because we were having guests...........they delivered Exactly at that time.... wow... thanks so much...
finally after 10 years of having to be Gluten free I was able to order pizza for delivery right to my door. (yes I know I can go out to places to get it but on lazy do nothing nights, I want delivery) Pizza man met all my expectations and more with a wonderful GF pizza. I have missed ordering from them. Can't say we had terrible service when there was really no service at all. Went for lunch today with my two kids, we ordered drinks and salad bar. Waitress brought our plates and we headed to get salads, looked like the salad bar was the same stuff that had been out for hours, lettuce was warm, over half the containers were empty. Went back to table, drinks had been brought, minus straws. Waited to ask server for a straw and to see if we could go back to salad bar after it had been refreshed, she never came back to our table... read more
Great food!!!! However, the Manager Gary completely ruined my thoughts of Pizza Man!!! Had an issue with my order and he flat out REFUSED to re-make my order! EXTREMELY rude!!! Went back and demanded my money back!!! Will be calling John about this!!!
Nothing better than a great schooner and a pizza man pizza. Best pizza .... period. ..
Ordered tonight for delivery. Received in time specified and exactly as ordered. Yummy!!!
