For my first time ordering from this establishment since moving to chugiak. Made a simple order that employee failed to take information correctly. Then driver failed to bring the entire order on his first trip. Which left kitchen manager to fail at handling this mishap by trying to weasel his way out of their mistakes and leave us a cold and imcomplete order.
Worth the wait!!! Best pizza!!! Have patients people worth it!!!!! Yes I said it twice
We ordered 2 garden salads over the phone and the waitress misheard us and gave us chef salads. When we called to have it corrected, they refused to correct it and told us we would have to pay for 2 more. I understand making mistake, but this is absolutely unacceptable. Never going back.
The new waitress sat us at a small table . While sitting other couples in a booth . When our food came , there was no room . We were still eating our appetizer when the entree was brought . We were never asked for a refill of our drinks and the server ignored us throughout our meal . After , she priced our dinner wrong . It was $60 for 2 personal pizzas , salad and wings . I am not going back , this was last night 02/20/18 .
So, I ordered a Calzone which the customer can customize from a list of ingredients. When it arrived, it looked good but while eating it.......it smelled and tasted like stinky savory fish........throughout. Double Anchovies......it was awesome !
They make really good food, and the people who are there are great.
