This Pizza Hut Express is inside Target. Last week I took a pizza and breadsticks to the counter. A woman who was working was wiping something, then was setting up bags for popcorn. She was right in front of me, but never looked up, and never said a word. I waited two minutes to see what she was up to, then left the food on the counter and walked to the exit.
