Even if it's "express" you'd expect more than just a warmer like the kind at a gas station but that's still this is. It's also located where you'd have to pay for your target shopping, go to the food, then pay again
They got rid of the Pizza Hut in this walnut Creek food court. They still sell it, but it's made and sent to them. It's not good at all! The pleasant hill target gets their pizza from pizza hut and it is cooked there in the food court area (it's waaaaay better). The pleasant hill one is open everyday from 10am-8pm .. it's $7 for a personal pizza (cheese or pepperoni).
