I ordered online tonight. It said my order would be ready at 6:30. I waited in line for 15 minutes, get to the window guy takes my money said my pizza would be ready in 6 minutes. At 6:50, after waiting for 40 minutes a girl finally comes to the window and said their system went down 10 minutes ago, asks my name, I tell her and another girl pulls my order out of the,warming oven!!! It had been there since before I pulled up but I WAITED FOR 40MINUTES!!!
Worst service ever. Went inside to pick up my pizzas for carryout and not 1 person asked if i had been helped after 20 minutes of waiting. They can keep their pizza and we will go to Pizza Ranch.
The manager women was yelling at another employee and she had no business being a manager she has no personality she not only screams at people her employees in front of the customers she makes herself look like a fool the guy she was yelling at once when I was there was working hard she said he wasn't doing nothing I seen him doing everything supposed to far as I know and then I think her name is Kathy Schaefer something like that but she should not have a job doing what she's doing she should be back here making pizza and ... read more
As others have said the sevice was slow, but we had an amazing waitress who made the experience so worth the wait!! We will eat there again despite the wait just to have such a hardworking caring waitress again!!
The food was amazing but the server was not. She wouldn't smile ... never made eye contact ... poor customer service
The service was extremely slow. She didn't take our order for awhile & she seemed to be running the lunch shift all by herself. My boss & co-worker went for lunch & it took longer than we expected. The food was hot & steamy to the eye but when we started eating it wasn't as hot as it looked. It was my first time ever going into this location & I don't know if I would recommend it or even go back. Not a good experience!!
