The staff was rude. We had a party of 7 and it was an inconvenience to put 2 tables together to sit us. We spoke to manager and walked out. The last time we were there they were very slow.
Recommendedstaff was amazing. food was great and it was out in know time. didn't have to wait long to be seated and waited on.
its clean and very friendly environment
beyond disappointed. second time we have tried to order before close to be delivered, only to be told they were closing in 30 minutes and wouldn't deliver. if that's the case, indicate it on your website.
I've never been so disrespected in my life by someone who said they were manager name Eric kept trying to place an order after being placed on hold for times and he kept interrupting me and then started telling me I was rude and then the reason he kept interrupting me if they had phone problems all day what's with customer service this day and age
My daughter called an order in tonight about 5:20pm. I was sick in bed today. I didn’t feel like cooking. At 6:30pm I noticed I had 3 missed calls from 816-364-1138. I told her to call Pizza Hut to see where her order was. They claimed they never received her order. I tried talking to a manager because the lady who answered the phone said let me get my manager.
