Thumbs down. I ordered a pan supreme for delivery. 75 minutes later (I live less than 5 minutes away), I got my pizza. Unfortunately, it was the wrong pizza so I called Pizza Hut. Even though they were making runs all evening, I HAD to come to the store with the wrong pizza and they would re-bake the pizza. But they would not refund the delivery charge (not to mention the tip I gave they delivery driver) because the supervisor said the pizza had already been delivered.
