Ordered delivery from here. The driver was 25 minutes late with our food. When we called, the associate who answered said the pizza left the store a half an hour before the phone call. I called after receiving a box of sloppy and cold pizza and spoke to a very rude person named April who identified herself as a manager. She showed no concern for the service and simply said she'd resend only part of my order or reluctantly credit the account. Real bad customer service, and the "Manager" Crystal is the worst! Instead of showing the people she is there to manage how to care for a customer she basically showed them that this type of behavior is acceptable while under her supervision. " hanging up on a client who waited 2 hours for her food and still never got anything is not a reason to hung up on a customer who is just trying to get her order! Last time i will order from this place for sure
