Called up as we were in the mood for pizza for dinner tonight. I saw the commercial for medium pizzas with three toppings each for $10 bucks a piece. Last night I called Pizza Hut to place an order. First of all, I must say that the gentleman who took my order was very courteous and professional. He even got me to add extra cheese to my original order. I was was told that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the place almost 20 minutes later. Have always enjoyed it in the past. However, the cheese bread sticks I ordered today were inedible. Overbaked, nearly burnt. The pizza was ok, but greasy and not as good as it use to be. I have pics.
look I'm a nice guy I would like it if I could get service without having attitudes thrown at me simply because I'm either ordering a pizza or I'm white. the main Point here being made is FIX your customer service!

I placed a phone order (got a call center). Showed up at restaurant and it was CLOSED! Called again, and again…CALLED MORE THAN SIX TIMES, got FIVE DIFFERENT PEOPLE AT SOME FAR AWAY CALL CENTER AND TRANSFERS TO SEVERAL NUMBERS THAT NEVER ANSWERED! RecommendedBest work environment I’ve ever worked in. Everyone is helpful and kind and they really care about helping each other so the customer is happy. So thankful for the management team I have, wouldn’t trade it for another job in the world!
I never thought i would open this dessert the one i ordered for Cinnabon rolls yet i seen its burn and hard also it wasn’t even good taste either. I promise i would never ever ordered these d*** thing again.
