pizza was cold, looked and tasted like 2 day old pizza. overcooked. threw most of it away. never going back to another pizza Hut again 👎👎
After receiving my first pizza with no cheese, I waited an hour for my replacement to arrive. Only to find it also had no cheese.
Your management and not make your customers feel like there not tell you the truth on how long they've been waiting and for a manager to say oh I just made that why was my food cold and it didn't even has sauce on the wings poor management and food
Horrible, service and communication.
Wish there was less than one star! I got my pizza and it was wrong and instead of just fixing what was wrong the MANAGER wanted to just argue with me over it! Was a frequent customer, never again because now I spent money on a pizza I’m not going to eat. Thanks for nothing Pizza Hut...you need a new manager
Where is all the pepperoni and cheese and yes we ordered special flavor crust this missing also.
