I just ordered cause it’s super close and one of kids lunches. Came 22 mins after estimated time. (Could have picked up but 3 kids in remote school) called and I was just put on hold. I dislike being put on hold without being asked anyway 🤦🏾‍♂️ I just wanted y’all to know the pizza sucked. I savaged a few slices and they can eat at the laptops 🤷🏾‍♂️ PS it was a 3 topping and u skimped on the cheese still 😡😡. EXTRA CHEESE SHOULD BE A TOPPING. MAKE IT WORTH 2 TOPPINGS IDC RANT OVER

The service at this location is a complete joke! I called in a pizza order at 10 am this morning for lunch around noon! They told me they’d deliver it about 1145, which I said was fine! 1145 came and went, no pizza, noon, no pizza, I call them at 1205 pm and they claim it’s on its way! 1215 I call back again, get put on hold then hung up on! Received moldy marinara sauce when i purchased my breadsticks. When taken to the store and showed the manager, she told me” that’s not mold, that’s from the sauce sitting out next to the oven all day we made it yesterday” so i asked, why doesn’t my pizza have so called “ fuzz” on it if that’s what happens when you let marinara get hot, she tells me “ not all marinara does it. Highly recommend making the mile longer trip to Rock road and using the Pizza Hut there.

I always check reviews. These reviews made me not even want to do pizza hut ever again. I also hear from others that management and service is horrible, yet nothing is done about it. I have had several people tell me not to go this location. Not sure of Yolanda's title. Yet I hear she is very rude. Godfathers or Picasso will have my business until there is improvement at this location

Everytime I order from here something is wrong, the shift manager Yolanda is really rude and has no customer service skills at all (handled the situation like a kid when my food was wrong and wouldn't refund it) I recommend going to a different location if you want pizza hut this location will mess it up somehow and will be late on delivery!!

this evening at 5:44 order the pizza from you guys I was told it would be here in 35 minutes 55 minutes later it's still not here I make a phone call they tell me it's on his way out the door now I live 2 blocks away I wait 20 minutes I'll call again wanting to know where my pizza is by this time your driver is calling because he doesn't have my apartment number mind you I just live 2 blocks away I have some what took him so long since I just live 2 blocks away he told me it's rush hour that's what kept Him from getting my p... read more

I live in Wichita KS. We ordered, for delivery, at the 2129 Woodlawn Location, on 10/14 at 1:07pm. We were quoted 36-46 minutes. I called at 2pm to check on the status of our delivery. They said the delivery driver just got there and was on his way. 2:30pm our order arrived (we live .08 miles from their location). I didn't get my extra sauce I paid for, and the pizza was cold, greasy, and unedible. I am not usually one to complain. Every single time I order from this Pizza Hut something is wrong. I always order carry out. Tonight the wait was 25 minuets when ordering over the phone (which was fine) We ordered a VERY SIMPLE pizza, half cheese and half pepperoni. After driving all day all I wanted to do was get home and eat.... we get home and there is little to no cheese on the pizza. I always order the large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza from this location and have never been disappointed. Always made correctly and delivered promptly.
