I ordered delivery. The food i received was hot and fresh. Great job! This will definitely keep me coming back.
It’s 7:39 right now, we still don’t have food we ordered to be delivered at 7:13. When I called, I was dismissed entirely. I was told they “got busy” and “only have one driver.” I understand the constraints and that people are doing their best… maybe we can improve the system to have accurate delivery times or pay delivery drivers more so they aren’t understaffed. Regardless, not a great customer experience and likely won’t be returning.
Prices are extremely inconsistent. Ask for any available specials and consider the $7 menu or check online for in-store deals as well. Hopefully you don't have issues with your order being cancelled as I have. Hopefully they solved the issue of water in the lobby during business hours. Might want to look at Tulsa Health Department requirements, specifically section 310:257-3-15 since I even brought that up with the company directly, but nothing was done. Have a wonderful day!
