Third time in a row my order was wrong. This time the pizza wasn’t even done. Called them to tell them I didn’t get part of the order. Was told they will make the missing items and it will be another 30mins. No sorry or discounted offered. I’m over paying 60 dollar for under cooked pizza having to wait for missing items.
I've never ever had this location mess up an order, drivers are fast too.
I ate at the Pizza Hut in my state. Tulsa, Oklahoma on yesterday. May 2nd 2025 upon ordering. I was not informed that there was not a delivery driver. My order was then routed to DoorDash, which the restaurant gave the wrong address and contact information for me. When calling DoorDash to see if they had an order for me they refused and said they did not. I reached out to the store 5 different times and spoke with Terry.
