Was not pleasant at all Slow at this location, overcooked everything. Tasted burnt
One star because ordering was ok, the food tastes just fine but our order was messed up. When I tried to call the store at 10:03 pm, phone number didn't work. I contacted our delivery driver because he hadn't been able to find us (that is totally understandable) and asked to speak to his boss because store phone wasn't working. The manager decided to argue with him, I guess, instead of calling me back like I requested. Extremely disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut. My order was made incorrectly, and I was told it would be ready by 5:02 PM. I arrived on time, only to end up waiting 20 minutes—finally getting my food at 5:22 PM. There was only one employee working, struggling to keep up with orders, which isn’t fair to them or the customers. The lack of staffing and poor order management made this a frustrating visit. Definitely not the level of service I expect.
Terrible service. Placed an order for future time. It never showed up and the store will not answer phone. Do NOT order from this location!!!
