I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again. We ordered a meal and Pizza Hut took our payment. They had a DoorDash delivery driver deliver it to us, but the driver ended up taking our pizza back because he said that he had no payment for the pizza so I have been fighting for almost a week now to get a refund from Pizza Hut and they have yet been able to do that so they have basically stole our money and we didn’t get our food.
Restaurant wasn’t busy at all, but I waited for a long time before a team member came to greet me. The kitchen looked absolutely filthy. I ordered extra cheese and toppings on both pizzas and they didn’t have it. Pizza Hut costs way too much to not give the paid for toppings. Why offer the option if you NEVER put them on? Just like Dominos. At this point Pizza Hut is only a slight step above Little Caesar’s. Will not be ordering from this location anymore. No wonder it only has 2.6 stars on Google. And that seems generous.
The pizza was very dry as a result of little sauce and cheese. It was worse than freezer pizza quality. We were embarrassed when serving house guests.
UPDATE: Decided to give this location another chance because it's been a couple years. Pleasantly surprised. Ordered takeout and everything was cooked perfectly and the guy at the counter was friendly. Maybe they changed management or something? But I'll be back :) Original review: Ordered two pizzas, one was barely even cooked and did not have a single shred of cheese on it, toppings were almost completely raw. Workers seem to not care at all and also play music obnoxiously loud. Just go somewhere else for mediocre pizza.
