Used to be one of our favorite pizza places. Now only worth it with a deal/ coupon/promotion. Even then not the greatest. 2 out of the 3 last orders were messed up. Was promised a postcard for free remakes of them and never received. We pay for extra cheese but never seems to be on our pizzas unless you count the couple of tablespoons extra in the very center about 2 inches big!? We loved the $2 Tuesday Personal Pan Pizzas but those were made wrong a few times also and it ended.

The store manager Brittany is a very wonderful and kind person. I had a disappointed experience and Brittany came to my rescue and fixed my problem. I’m so grateful for her and she’s so awesome. Thank you so very much for having a wonderful manager like Brittany.

So last week I ordered a couple of pizzas and the girl that took the order straight up told me 25 minutes for delivery. So after waiting 45 minutes I called about my pizza order the same girl that took the order said give it 10 more minutes and the delivery driver should be there. I asked to speak to a manager and I get the assistant manager and I said to manager that since my order was late then I should get a discount or a free pizza.
