They screwed up my order twice o n one order. I had a delivery order, paid $15.00 tip plus pizza huts delivery fee of $4.99. Got my pizza and wings, but no dipping sauce that I ordered. 3 BLUE CHEESE AND 3 RANCH! HOW HARD IS THAT? THEN I CALLED THEM TO TELL THEM ABOUT IT, AND THEY ASKED IF I WANTED IT TO BE DELIVERED? HECK YES, ALREADY PAID FOR IT. THEY BROUGHT ME MY DIPPING SAUCES 15 MINUTES LATER, EXCEPT THEY GAVE ME 2 EACH AND NOT 3! I'M DONE WITH THEM!!
Ordered a medium hand tossed pepperoni, mushroom and onion pizza and a pan beef, green pepper and black olive pizza. Pizzas were undercooked as the crust was doughy and cool in the center. Horrible! Ordered cheese sticks and they were okay, but the "marinara" is pizza sauce. Will not ever choose Puzza Hut again.
