Awful ! I ordered my food On the website , waited and waited no one ever delivered my food or never showed at my house via ring doorbell but I called and got no answer ! Waited over 1.5 hour for nothing
The worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever experienced! Just moved to this city, order wasn’t delivered by the Dasher but marked delivered. I’ve been on hold over 2 hours. The store doesn’t answer the phone! Worst Pizza Hut ever! I will never order from them again!!! Do not order delivery!!!
I do not like to leave bad reviews unless absolutely necessary. I have even had issues at this location before and never said anything. But I went here Friday to simply pick up my pizza for my family and I. I asked for a military discount that has been given to me before no issue at this location, when I asked if they still do military discount the guy looked at me weird so I repeated myself, he said I was going to make a joke, I said ok , what? Sorry employees, especially the so called manager Danny i think was his name. I will never order from this place again. Corporate was contacted and was sent audio of the phone call. Hopefully someone will fire this sorry of an excuse employee before he runs the store into the ground.
