We usually like Pizza Hut. You guys need to fix the app. I called the store to possibly place an order, and they said they don’t have any control over the app. You are a million dollar corporation, make people order on the app just for the app to not work. I have points that I would like to use because the app won’t let me place an order. I understand it’s not your employees fault, but Pizza Hut shouldn’t make people order from the app and then make it impossible to place an order. People were eating in the back while making our pizza. Asked politely to cancel the order, manager spoke over us and said your order is coming out. Didn’t listen to the concern.
This Pizza Hut knocks the ball out of the park! We have ate here many times and have ALWAYS had great pizza and amazing service. Hats off to the servers Ashley and Paris for being so awesome and attentive and the very friendly managers that repeatedly come check on everyone throughout our meal. Even though it is a chain it definitely has a family atmosphere. I can't say enough good things about this dine in Pizza Hut!
