I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, no one responded so I went inside and was ignored for another 15 mins while the 2 workers were in the back of the store goofing off. I yelled Excuse Me 6 times before one of the ladies came to the counter. The service was horrible and my pizza order was incorrect. I was told 8 mins to remake it but I waited 30 mins
This Pizza Hut does cheese sticks PERFECT 10/10 times. Other Pizza Huts do them right about half the time. I love this Pizza Hut!
My order was incorrect. No big deal, call back, get a remake to whomever I spoke to was rude. Said my remake would be in 30 minutes. I said, okay, a hour goes by. I call back everyone acting real confused saying they don't know about this order. And then I hear them, say my name in the background, therefore, they're looking at my order. When I confronted him, he says, yes, ma'am, I do see your order. We will get that out to you. Soon, I've already waited an hour for my remake. Didn't offer me a refund or a credit?
