I've had such an horrible experience with this place. I've emailed the company wanting to talk to a district manager and nothing. They dont care about the service they give or how they treat the customers or employees.
Second time trying this specific Pizza Hut, since I usually use the Boxelder one. I'm impressed!! The food was so much tastier, perfect golden crust, toppings were fresher. The people helping me out were really nice. The restaurant was clean, and typical Pizza Hut. I'll definitely be using this one from now on!
I placed an online order. I used my points to order a medium PAN pizza. I was sent a square pizza but was NOT made aware that they didn't have the ROUND pan pizzas. I received a square medium pizza, I called the store, and received attitude from the manager. I told her that I was not made aware of them being out of round pan pizzas. Employees in the store are great. I received a wrong order and the corporate wouldn't transfer me to the local store to fix it. It's sad how far customer service has fallen fallen at pizza hut.
