Was told on the phone after ordering that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived to pick up my order and paid for my order, then waited an additional 40 minutes till my food was ready. The manager said that they messed up on the pizza and said they couldn’t remake it (20 more minutes) or store credit $10 for the messed pizza. I chose to accept the store credit which he said would be linked to my phone number. Not sure how that works but I think he spoofed me. Would not recommend ordering from there!

This is the best experience I've had at a Pizza Hut since the 90's, and I can't say enough good things about the quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere. The manager went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and make sure our experience was top tier. If you're craving pizza, stop here, and I know you'll have a great meal and be treated like family. They only use DoorDash to deliver orders now… Guess what never showed up? The delivery, so guess who can’t/won’t refund you… Pizza Hut, and they won’t remake or replace your food! NEVER order from this location, or any other for that matter.
