I am livid I never received my refund from purchasing med pizza a while ago when you all have your $2 Tues pan pizza day. Store was packed the staff was lying to people telling them it would be 20 min wait when ppl were waiting who walked in and ordered online for over an hr. I was lied to this way then the manager rang me up for refund to be put back on my card and I never received it. Needs more professionalism honesty in customer service and I'm going to reach out to corporate to get my refund back.
First time pizza was so good . Second time was horrible.
My food was hot, cooked quickly, was very delicious and too expensive. They do have some wonderful sale menu items. I've been to this location a few times and it didn't miss. I am little partial to Pizza Hut though so my opinion may be swayed
