The pizza, the wings, all delicious! Still my favorite pizza and wing joint. Outstanding Customer Service! Outstanding food service! They're pretty fast and accurate. Still the best!
So a few weeks ago I ordered a large pizza for delivery and I was charged for the pizza, delivery fee of $4.99 and then I tipped the delivery driver. After placing the order I was notified that it was my delivery was going to be done by Door Dash. So I looked on door dash and their delivery fee was $1.99. So why is pizza hut charging $4.99 for delivery when they don't have drivers? I called talk to a manger and he understood and said he would credit me with $5. I checked on the app and to my surprise NO CREDIT for $5.
Food has been good and the service. But the bathrooms are terrible. I did notify someone when I was there last but she wasn’t a manager.
Every time we buy food or dine in, the food and service are great. The restaurant is clean and not usually too busy, so we always get a table. I don't know anything about their delivery because I do not live close enough to this one.
James happened to answer our call today about 45 minutes ago for a pick up order. He was incredibly polite, helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile for me and mine! And though we didn't expect him to and upon our arrival, he was already on top of it, bringing our order out to our truck! He's a keeper corporate! Our food was great as well!
