Very disappointed! We ordered the Big Box Dinner and had it delivered. They forgot to put the ranch in the box with the wings, the pizza seemed old and there was no seasoning on the breadsticks. I called to inform them of the situation and the girl who answered the phone acted clueless, but said he would bring it back out. We used to love Pizza Hut but since they fired the whole crew and brought in all new people their pizza has really gone downhill fast. One rainy, cold night we saw their new 10 dollar commercial so we called for a delivery pizza. They said that it would be 90 plus minutes before we could get a delivery pizza and encouraged us to pick it up. My husband drove out in the rain to get it.
