I'm not sure what's going on with this location but they seriously need help. Last year we went and it was bad. There was only 1 server and the line was backed up for seating and take out orders. This time was no different. There were 3 tables already seated and halfway done and we arrived there around 3-4 pm. There was one couple ahead of us so we got in line. I ordered 5 pizzas with extra sauce on the pizzas for my son's birthday party today... Very disappointed.. Pizzas were all very dry with little / no sauce? None of the kids ate it and now left with 5 dry pizzas🤦... Next time someone orders extra sauce, just do the right thing and put extra sauce on it... I wouldve been fine paying extra...
Me and my little family went here today for lunch and I have ordered specific things I wanted either for me or my children and it was messed up not once but like 3 times before the order was corrected. I was also over charged for things that was not my doing or fault. Never got the items off my order and all the manager wanted to try giving me was a 10% discount instead of apologizing for their mistakes and atleast giving me half a refund or something for messing up the order.
