My delivery was wrong but food was good even after having to drive up to the location due to missing and worng items, im giving them a 5 star simply for the older guy working lobby on 2-7-26 at 6:50pm, he's a keeper and absolutely amazing at his job i should've asked him for his name, he definitely deserves a raise even at one point i overheard him mention he should've been off at 4pm and he was also supposed to be a delivery driver! he stayed simply to help out other employees, keep up the good work man this world needs peo... read more

Josh the Mgr told me there was a credit on my account for a pizza they messed up. I asked him how long I had to use the credit he said 30 days but I'd just have to call to get it adjusted because he made a note. I go back today and even show my original receipt and now Josh nor the lady Dawn will honor my credit. How does a credit expire???? If I buy a gift card it doesn't expire in 30 days so why would my credit expire?? Its a free pizza credit. Managers like Josh should not be so rude these days to paying customers. Ordered a large thin crust. They forgot marinara sauce and it was very undercooked.. I didn't inspect it until after I got home to the kids. Had to toss it out.. it was ready on time though.

Horrible customer service. Made an order online and got a call immediately that they were out of medium dough. They said they would have to cancel order and I will probably not get money back until Monday. I’m house sitting with 3 kids and just spent last of money on my card on this order. They also refused to switch order to something else to accommodate. Very frustrating
