The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I’m absolutely appalled by how unprofessional and disrespectful the staff was—especially a man named Chris. We called to request a refund due to the extremely poor quality of our order. The pizza was burnt, the breadsticks were soggy and appeared to have been soaked in marinara sauce. It was completely unacceptable.
