We placed an order online. It was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes, I waited the 20 minutes then went in the restaurant. It took at least 15-20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was standing there then she goes to get my order and they only made 1 out of the 2 pizzas I ordered. Another 10 minutes go by and she comes out and says we just put the pizza in the oven now. Ummm what were you doing for the past 10 minutes? 15 minutes later the pizzas finally done. I ordered through the Pizza Hut app and was given a pickup time of 5:05 PM. I arrived right on time, but when I checked in, the employee told me the order had only been received about 40 seconds earlier, even though I had placed it roughly 15 minutes prior. There were several other customers waiting in the lobby as well, so it seems like the system timing may not be syncing properly with the store.
