If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on the website directly and they chose dd to deliver. Dd canceled and I never received my food. I called the number and have been on hold for 40 min!!! When I try to call the restaurant it rerouted to a call center and they tell me I have to call the store to get a refund. They hang up or leave you on hold. This is either a scam or a crazy way to run a business. They have to be surviving on nostalgia. My bill was 55$ and this is what they do. Smh

I just wanna say one thing this place should be closed down waited a whole hour just for a personal pizza the employee doesn’t even look at u like ur not a human .

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The GM, Dee, should be fired! I placed an order on the Pizza Hut app for delivery. A few minutes later I got a notification that my food would be delivered from DoorDash. The food arrived a little while later missing an item. I asked the driver and he said they only gave him 3 items. I called the store. Someone picked up the phone with an attitude. The older Caribbean woman in the back who makes the food is terrible orders are always messed up the food is never on time when it's supposed to be. It's the middle of the afternoon and they don't have personal pan pizza dough ready I said in the store for 20 minutes before they told me my order needed to be canceled. Yall need new employees
