Worst service ever walked in a place in order waiting in there for 20 minutes. Three people in the back just standing around talking one person making a pizza just walked out.
Best store I’ve been to
If I could give this store zero stars, I would. Total garbage. Waited over 20 minutes longer than when their own screen said my pizza would be done and when I asked about was met with “it happens, you’ll just have to wait” and that was my only explanation. I’m sorry but in a customer service job, that is never the answer. Completely unacceptable. I won’t ever frequent this store again, and I will most certainly encourage all of my customers and clients to pass on it as well.
Pizza Hut did not make it right when I ordered just to find out that that store was closed I had used my reward points and I never got my order so I contacted them and ask them if they can replace my points since the store was closed but said it was open and since I never got my pizza they refused that is why I rather go to Domino's.
