I place a big order of food. Half never came. I called the store 15 times no answer. I tried talking through the app and they only offer me free bread sticks on a 70 dollar order. I am beyond angry. Don't order from them

Please forgive the length of this review. I ordered pizza, breadsticks, and wings on Saturday, February 28th at 6:35 PM. As you can see in the screenshot below. The food didn’t arrive until 9:47 PM, as shown in the picture, and it was ice cold when it got here. I filed a complaint online and was contacted by someone who I assume was the store manager. I was at a friend’s house when he ordered pizza from here. It took over 3 hours to arrive and when it finally showed up the food was stone cold. The worst part was the customer service. Instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, they accused him of lying about the wait time. After a three-hour wait, the least they could do is refund or compensate the customer. Really disappointing experience and extremely unprofessional. Do better.
