Stop understaffing your stores :) It makes the employees want to quit, and I want to promise you that we as the customers direct that frustration SOLELY at the upper management (DMs and above) Do better. Staff better. You employ and serve humans, not numbers.
Ordered on a Saturday night around 6, was on time, exactly as ordered, and everyone was kind.
After waiting OVER 50 minutes, there was still no sign of my pizza and wings order. It said it would be ready at 5:07 and at 5:44 I finally cancelled. 3 times the store "manager" said, "It's coming out now", which turned out to be a total lie! Too many other choices for pizza and wings. Do yourself a favor, if you screw up, OWN IT! Don't lie and make things worse!
