Ordered on a Saturday night around 6, was on time, exactly as ordered, and everyone was kind.
After waiting OVER 50 minutes, there was still no sign of my pizza and wings order. It said it would be ready at 5:07 and at 5:44 I finally cancelled. 3 times the store "manager" said, "It's coming out now", which turned out to be a total lie! Too many other choices for pizza and wings. Do yourself a favor, if you screw up, OWN IT! Don't lie and make things worse!
Absolutely horrible experience. They outsourced the delivery to door dash automatically. My pizza arrived totally wrong. They sent plain cheese and I ordered thin crust with cheese .chicken tomatoes. My 2 liter pop did not arrive at all. Driver shrugged his shoulders and left. Called pizza hut and the shift MANAGER stated he can't do anything to fix it or refund me!!!!! Awful. Never order from here again!!!!
