This is the fourth time that my order has been terrible. I don’t blame the staff, managers or cashiers. I blame corporate trying to cut labor. The pasta bowl was NOT close to full. The pasta had no taste. Previous times I received pizza not even close to what I ordered. I called and got the run around returned to the store days later only to hear there was nothing written down at all! Food is entirely too expensive to get something you can’t even eat.
I ordered online, I got there 15 minutes later. My pizza was waiting for me. What a quick service and everyone was so friendly!
I placed an order for three personal pan pizzas from this establishment; however, upon arrival, I discovered they were hand-tossed instead of the original pan pizzas I requested. Following a call to address this discrepancy, I received inaccurate information and was told that a refund would only be issued if I returned to the location, which I found unacceptable. I intend to contact a manager to resolve this issue.
I just wanna say, I walked in having placed an order and online left me confused…not showing if my order had been processed or not, yet it had been. The lady at the front desk when I went in on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 6:20 PM was absolutely phenomenal. She was multitasking. She was so efficient on making sure everybody had what they needed so quickly, without sacrificing the guest experience.
