I came in to service the kitchen oven and fryer today and Malachi and his manager were very polite, on point,attentive, and helpful with any questions me and my partner had, definitely 10/10 visit

I preface by saying I've never been a Pizza hut fan.... always dough and undercooked.... told the kid, I dont mind waiting an extra couple of min with it in the oven.... thought I'd give their new Nashville Hot Chicken pizza a try...... boxed and ready for take out in about 20 min.... ??? Thought that was very quick for well done.... and asked to make sure..... got home and sure enough, bottom was undercooked... while top looked well done.... the Nashville Hot tasted like wing sauce...... I called and ordered pizza tonight. I asked them if they had deepdish. I was told yes so i ordered a large pepperoni deepdish and a pan chz pizza. A doordash driver dropped off my food. They handed me 2 of the same boxes. Neither was my deepdish. My food was 50$$ i called them and they looked up my receipt and told me that i ddnt order deepdish thst i ordered a pan and a hsndtossed. Hands down the worst mangers sent wrong pizza and refused to refund the money manger was very rude and disrespectful terrible costmer service
