I ORDERED A MEDIUM CHEESE PIZZA THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BASIL. THE ORDER ARRIVED JUST WARM AND WAS INCORRECT. I HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM BEFORE. I WAS CHARGED A DELIVERY FEE AND TIPPED THE DRIVER $4.00. I called back and the manager's attitude was almost as if it did not matter. I will give my business to someone else in the future. Whoever is delivering the food should make sure it arrives hot.
Fast efficient and happy staff
Today I ordered a "Tavern" pizza, literally had NO sauce. Was delivered by door dash, so pizza was already cold. I called to complain and was told that's how Tavern pizzas are. They offered a remake, but I declined. I've had several Tavern pizzas, even from this location none were as bad as this one. Maybe Pizza Hut should advise customers that DoorDash makes the delivery. Had I known, I would have cancelled the order. DO BETTER pizza hut!!! I would not recommend!
