This is the worst pizza hut I ever dealt with you will stand in the lobby for 20 mins waiting on help and they will tell you your order will be ready at a certain time but you'll be waiting for 20 30 min pass the time they give you they will stand in the back and completely ignore you yelling to get some service and talk about video games worst customer service ever
Ordered online which was quick and easy. Order was ready right on time. Staff was very friendly. Pizza was delicious as were the bread sticks.
The gentleman that was handling the counter and dining room was not someone with any customer service skills. Kept complaining that he was working a 14 hour shift and kept playing on his phone while waiting on customers. The food service was also very very slow. With takeout and on-site orders they were taking 5-10 minutes per order.
