Called for delivery, seemed nice and friendly. 25 minutes he said ( sweet). 1 hour 10 minutes via DoorDash. Bring back the actual delivery drivers!!
I wish there was a six-star option for service. I called a different pizza place first today to order 10 pizzas for a 6pm delivery and the other place was very rude and negative and condescendingly said "don't you know that 6pm on a Friday night is peak time, there's no way we will be on time delivering that order"... mind you I ordered at 11am. I placed an ordered yesterday and when we got our delivery the pan pizza was dough in the middle and not fully baked and the cinnamon sticks were also not baked. Very disappointing.
The lady I spoke with was incredibly pleasant. Food was ready fast and everything was great! I still have a chip on my shoulder with corporates delivery range of not going "that far" as I've been 7-10 minutes away from multiple different locations BUT this location was great since I didn't attempt delivery and did carryout.
I usually get the personal pizzas every Tuesday or sometimes twice a week. Today was the last straw for me. Barely any cheese on the pizza.
