So we had a bad experience last Tuesday, I made it known on the review they send after you pickup your food, and Amanda who is amazing the manager called me and made it right! And it was GREAT this time! Thank you Amanda you are awesome
This is genuinely unacceptable, they burnt the pizza and tore a chunk out of one of the slices. I've never been to a pizza hut before that just destroyed the pizzas and served them.
Amanda provided exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful when there was an issue with my order. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cares about her community and the people she serves. You can tell she wants to help and make things right, not just do the bare minimum. I ordered food one night in the middle of a snow storm they were so nice and respectful to all the guests and the food was hot and fresh you couldn't ask for better service.
