Waited over an hour after ordering a carryout large pepperoni just to be told they hadn't even put it in the oven yet. Got my money back and left.
Order bacon cheese sticks online due the the door being locked. Waited in drive thru line only to get to the window, pay, and receive plain cheese sticks bc they didn’t have bacon. Still charged for bacon even though they didn’t have it. I was told “we just made the regular ones.” I requested a refund bc I didn’t order regular cheese sticks and it wouldn’t have taken 1 minute to call me before making something I didn’t order.
The customer service is terrible the manager & staff is always outside, kids in lobby when you come to store & they lock the doors very early (5p, 6p & 7p)…. The whole damn team need to be FIRED!!!!
Do not give anybody in the Drive-Thru window your credit card or debit card they will scam you blind Ordered pizza on Friday and over the weekend they spent $217
