My son and I visited the Greenwood Pizza Hut around 11:30 AM on Friday, June 12, 2026, and honestly, the experience made me sad more than anything. First, I want to give credit where it’s due. There were only two employees working during a busy lunch rush, and both stayed busy the entire time. Pizza was absolutely dry horrible worse pizza ive ever had
Workers are lazy. Get orders mixed up all the time.
Waited over an hour after ordering a carryout large pepperoni just to be told they hadn't even put it in the oven yet. Got my money back and left.
