I had a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Liza. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She made sure everything was taken care of and provided excellent customer service with a positive attitude. The food was also amazing. This has been my local pizza hut for about 5 years now and the service has always been amazing. Lately, it's been ASTOUNDING. Friendly and professional staff. Food has been hot and fresh for all my orders. Can't be happier.
We were asking for someone to come for some assistance and nobody was coming. They were looking at us and noticing us but they never came or even react to our call, and we had to say “ excuse me” many times. The bathrooms are locked like in a ghetto. When we asked for the lock code, they had to come and unlock it by themself, it’s like they don’t trust you. Such a creepy experience. You’re nit seeing us here again
