The pizza itself is good. The in store service is also good. The over the phone service is terrible tho and totally unprofessional. I ordered 2 pizzas today, came and picked it up and went home. 30 min later I get a call from these guys and their manager started cussing and yelling at me to get my a** back there and return the pizza and asked why I cancelled my order. I DID NOT cancel my order (obviously) since I came and picked it up. I suggested he may have the wrong number and hung up. Very disrespectful behavior from a m... read more
This was the worst pizza I have ever gotten from any chain. I think this is a thin and crispy and we ordered a tavern crust. If this is either one of those it is disgusting. Barely any sauce or cheese. It looks and tastes like it is on a giant watercress cracker. I will not be back. This was one topping for $8 and another 1.50 for original pan pizza and would not let us do a regular pizza. We ended up with this thing. Totinos frozen $1 microwave pizzas are better than this. I am extremely disappointed! Not worth it!
Ryan is the real deal! I was amazed by his ability to make a pizza while teaching me to rap at the same time! Mind blowing customer service. Will come back again.
Ordered a pizza for delivery as I was away. Pizza never delivered. Store never called about why it was getting delayed, just kept on updating delivery time. I went an hour and half later. When we opened pizza at home, it was undercooked. Customer care chat on pizza hut website does not work. Submitting the form on the website got me an email response stating tha... read more
This store always amazes me. I live in Concrete so I don’t come here very often. It seems to always have something new happening. Kyle was able to tell me in detail about every sauce for pizza and wings, VERY IMPRESSIVE. Truly amazing atmosphere and I hope to come back soon
