Ordered a pizza for delivery as I was away. Pizza never delivered. Store never called about why it was getting delayed, just kept on updating delivery time. I went an hour and half later. Store handed the pizza to me, no concern about not delivering pizza. I asked for refund on delivery cost, they said get it from Door Dash as that's delivery partner. This store always amazes me. I live in Concrete so I don’t come here very often. It seems to always have something new happening. Kyle was able to tell me in detail about every sauce for pizza and wings, VERY IMPRESSIVE. Truly amazing atmosphere and I hope to come back soon
