Had a delay and change in my order due to a mechanical issue. Adam was here working alone, hurried to get my order together and when he realized there was an issue with my wings, he offered me a generous alternative and gave me a soda while I waited. Even tho he’s running around like a chicken with his head cut off, he made time for high quality customer service and compassion. Very nice man. I’ll get my pizza from here any time and I’m gonna try to get my son a job here to help him lol
Placed an order for carryout using my app in the lobby. Guy saw I didn't tip on my carry out order and rejected it and told me to go to another pizza hut. Don't tell me thst didn't happen the charge went through on my credit card then was refunded. Tip culture is out of control
The service was amazing, Sarah who worked there was amazing listened to us and made it easy to order she was having a tough day and she made it easy and understandable to order. Amazing service!!!
