Great food and service
The worst customer service. Very rude over the phone and impatient. Got the food and it was way under done and the pasta tasted freezer burnt the Cinnabons were undercooked and raw the pizza was DISGUSTING we ended up tossing it from how much grease was on the bottom of a medium pizza. It looked like someone dumped a bunch of grease on top of our pizza. Im never ordering here again.
Ordered 3 melts online that already come with a side of marinara. I paid for 3 extra marinaras and 3 ranch. The delivery driver did not bring any of the extra dips I paid for. I called the store and Casey said she would have the driver come back and bring them. When he got back he didn’t knock on the door or ring the door bell. We only knew he was here because we looked out the window. When we opened the front door he was walking back to his car.
