Once again they completely messed up my order. I know I shouldn’t have ordered again but I used to work there and crave it. But never again. Constantly wrong Pizza. The “chat” feature on the website is useless. I did finally manage to contact a manager at the location after about 20 minutes on hold. She did send me a new correct pizza. But by then I was just angry. Previous review: No pesto on the pesto pizza. I added black olives to my supreme pizza. Didn’t get those either.
The last time I was there I had a problem with my wings. I explained it in the survey and they gave me a credit the next time I came in! I thought that was very nice but they should have at least told me I had that credit I might have gone in sooner. Didn't know I had it until I went to pay and they told me how much it was. This time they were much better so hopefully submitting the first survey made things better for everybody I hope.
