This place is horrible, the staff needs customer service training badly! I visited this location on 12/23/16 and thought I was being pranked due to the lack of common sense. I had to wait almost 40min for my check while the two front hosts argued and cursed eachother out about which table they served. As I approached the register to insist on paying immediately the manager came out where it sounded like they were having a party while preparing the food, she was clueless as well. We ordered a large pizza and waited for an hours ,they never came.
The food is always great and the atmosphere if the restaurant is cool, the only complaint I have is the carelessness of the staff. The service is pretty bad and their attitude is worse.
It takes them forever to place an order most of the staff doesn't understand you when u talk to them and The one day I called for a pick up they told me an hour I went there t pick it up the pizza wasn't ready they told me it would be another 45 minutes and if I wanted they could delivery it to me, I said fine and it took them 2 hours the pizza was cold and looked like they took over left over pizza from everyone's plates and gave it to us.
