The customer service is nice, but unfortunately the food, not so much. The pizza is raw and I can't eat it because I don't want to get sick. Maybe the oven needs to be at a higher temperature or something. Raw bread on the first order and raw bread on the remake.
I placed an online order for pick up. The food was great, but my son, who picked it up, experienced a situation. So after it was picked up, I received an email to rate my experience. Based on his issue, I rated it and shared my concern. The very next day, the manager of the Panama location contacted me to address the issue. Her name is Destiny. Best Pizza Hut place I ever stopped by, from LA to Bakersfield, this is our favorite Pizza place ever since we go to the North. The cashier was really nice to me & too much kidness kills me:)
