They messed my pizza up. The guy didn't care and said the only thing I could do was bring it back and swap it. I asked for a credit or a refund because I was not driving back. Nothing. I won't be going back to this pizza hut. There is another one a couple minutes further away. I'll start going there.
Ordered a pizza and it was delivered cold, and hard. It's not like it took a long time for delivery and it had cooled off. This pizza was made a long time ago, hours before my order. And then they repackaged it, maybe reheated it, and then delivered. I would advise against anyone ordering a late night pie from this place. Terrible.
Ordered a large order of pizza for lots of people and they did not waste any time. Wow!! The person in charge last night was so professional and personable. Thank you for your professionalism. Great attitude and very gracious.
