This by far was the worst experience I have had with a restaurant chain. I ordered the pizza at 6:45 and the time to pick up was 7:05, I arrived at the time listed and talked to the lady at the front counter who was very rude to me, when I asked when the food would be ready she ignored me. I found out after hearing the staff in the back that my food was not ready yet and the pizzas were just put in the oven. 5 minutes later the lady at the counter said my food was ready. I placed my order online at 7:30 PM. ETA for delivery was listed as 8:01 PM. At 7:52 PM. I received a text message stating that my order would be delivered soon. But at 8:30, my delivery had still not arrived and I tried to call the store, but it sent me to a call center and transferred me to the store. I sat on hold for five minutes. I called back and was transferred and placed on hold again for another three minutes.
